Fragrance Warehouse Sales

Went to the fragrance warehouse sales this morning in Kelana Jaya. Wah...so many people, there was not enough parking. Luckily, fiance went with me, so he just drop me off and waited for me at the parking area.

In I went shop shop shop buy buy buy ! There's quite a lot of ppl there but not too many. There was no need to wait or queue up to go into the warehouse, no need to push and squirm your way to have a look at the products. Actually it was quite a breeze compared to the hush puppies warehouse sales last year.

There was sooo many brands on sales, sooo many to choose from. But to my dismal, the Burberry Brit I was hoping to buy is not sold there....uhuk uhuk....there's was only a special edition Burberry Brit in red color and I didn't really like that scent. Wanted to buy the CK Eternity for fiance too, but it was on the other side of the warehouse, and a fellow shopper told me that CK was the most popular brand and everyone was just grabbing bottles of it's perfume....wah so 'kua cheung' (exaggerating)

After grabbing the perfumes went to queue up and pay....I saw all the stuff other shoppers were buying....wah!...buy sooooo many la those ppl, 2 boxes of this and that....almost everyone ended up with purchases between RM300-RM400. My purchase seems so small, only 2 items. A bit regret that I took so little item....hehehe...kiasu...see ppl buy so many, I also don't want to lose out. But then if I buy loads of stuff, fiance will sure say "Wah....buy so many! You already have so many perfumes"....hehehehe.

In the end, bought the Bvlgari For Him for fiance (poor him, had to wait for more than 1/2 hour in the parking lot), and the Celine for Her for myself :)

Skin Food

Went shopping in 1U last weekend, so happen that there was an opening of this new store called Skin Food at the new wing. At first look at the name I thought it was a store that sells supplements or healthy food products. But actually, it's a cosmetic and skincare store ! It has a really cute concept there all the products there are named related to food like like black bean eyeliner, berry lip gloss.....even diet lip balm.... :)

Since it's first day opening and I've been looking high low for a eyebrow color that suits me, so I went in and checked out the stuff lor. I'm pleasantly surprised that the price for it's products are quite reasonable. finally found the eyebrow pencil with the black grey color that I wanted, best thing was that it only cost me RM14.50 ! Somemore the pencil has a build in brow brush too, so it's 2-in-1. yeah! The longer time I spend in the store, the more things I wanted to buy, the lip balm, lip gloss, facial scrub, so in the end I limit myself to these few things, after trying out these products and if they are work as good as it looks, I'll be back !


I bought a body scrub (RM30 something, the fragrant is refreshing!), a eyeliner pencil (RM14.50), a eyebrow pencil (RM14.50), and I got 2 free samples of a rice mask and black sugar something mask.

Now, time to go pamper myself ....... :))

I'm a scaredy cat (Part 1)

Yes, I have to admit I'm a scaredy cat. I don't like to watch ghost movies because I know I'll be scared stiff and jumpy for a few days (sometime weeks...depending on how scary the movie is). I'm scare of the dark too, erm a bit la.....but I definitely don't like the dark.....when it's dark things look completely different, and imaginations will run wild you know. See a corner dark dark....erm..it that a shadow ?? it that ..er. er...wah...scare already.

I think this is something that started from young. Maybe I'm born scaredy cat ! I remember When I'm small, if I need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I'll have to turn on all the lights from my room leading to the bathroom then after going to the bathroom, off the lights one by one. You know la, the design of the old houses, usually the bathroom is at the far back of the house, usually in the kitchen. So, when I need to go, firstly turn on the room light, then those florescent lights will flicker for a while before it's completely on. I'll be standing there, don't dare to move until the light is completely on. Then next is walk out to the living room, first thing !..turn on the lights! And same thing here also, wait for the flicker. Then proceed to the dining room, on dining room's light, next is kitchen then at last reach the bathroom. Of course lights on all the way. After done 'o ye liu (late night she-she)', very fast flush the toilet and get out of the toilet.....ya the flushing sound I oso scare, cause very loud and sounds like a monster like that. So, after flush I'll quickly run out from toilet. Then proceed back to room, off-ing all the lights on the way...hehehehe. I still remember that after off the living room light, I'd be standing in the all dark living room, so I would make sure that my room door is open, so that when I off the living room light, the light from my room will light up the living room a bit, then I don't need to be in the dark.....hehehehehe...After entering my room, I'd off the room light, and quickly jump into my bed and cower under my blanket. Mission accomplish.

When I've bigger, a teenager, ahh...not so scaredy cat already. Can go 'o ye liu' without having to turn on all the lights. But then will walk very very fast to the bathroom, and walk very very fast back. Don't really dare to turn and look here look there, look at the dark corners and all.

Nowadays ? ....thanks goodness for something called attached bathroom !

Err....this is the smallest room in the apartment, designated to be the store room. If you look closely enough.....beneath those piles of clothes.....you'll see the dining table !! ..and behind the dining table, it's the dining chairs.....(why is my dining table in my store room ?? just continue reading....)



This is the kitchen area, it's an open kitchen, erm....the kitchen cabinets are still being assembled, lots of defects on the cabinets, so complained and the contractors came to fix them lor. So this is the picture of work in progress, which also explains why my dining table is doing in the store room. Cause workers working on the kitchen, I don't want them to scratch/damage the table, so keep in store room first.

Ok ok, I've said my moved, but I didn't say I've packed ! :)
This is sort of my before pictures of the apartment, before everything is really done and decorated. Too bad I didn't take any pictures of the apartment when I just got the keys. Then can see the bare apartment without any painting and furnitures.

So, now you can 'agak-agak' when I can have house warming party, eh ?....erm estimated sometime next year !!? :))
